Vault1099 is the year-round W-9 vault and flat-rate 1099 filing checklist for small businesses with 5–250 contractors — the companies that every January scramble to collect paperwork and e-file.
We sell the vault and monetize January. The software collects W-9s year-round, tracks payments, generates validated 1099-NEC/MISC forms, and builds the IRIS filing package; live IRS transmission runs through IRIS under Vault1099's own Transmitter Control Code. It does not give tax advice.

What we won't do
We don't do fake testimonials, invented customer counts, or guaranteed outcomes. Every claim on this site traces to something the software actually does — most of it demonstrable in the product repo today.
