The service

Vault1099 provides The year-round W-9 vault + flat-rate 1099 filing for small businesses. Collect once, file in January without the scramble.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the cadence shown on the pricing page. Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal; you keep access until the end of the billing period. Failed payments may pause the service after notice.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, probe other customers' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or availability of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted operation and we don't make outcome guarantees (no "never get fined", no "never get hacked", no "fully compliant" claims — those words don't appear in our marketing for a reason).

Regulatory honesty

Vault1099 prepares: checklist, blockers, filing-ready CSV. It does not transmit to the IRS and does not give tax advice. Final reportability calls belong to you or your CPA.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
